I'm Josh and I'm from Canada. I consider myself to be a coffee enthusiast. I enjoy experimenting with different coffee recipes and brew methods. I love the technique and science that goes into brewing coffee. My most common brewing methods are V60, Origami and Aeropress. I do not claim to know everything about coffee. I am constantly learning and experimenting and I want to use this as a platform to share what I've experienced and learned.

I have certifications (through Barista Hustle) for "Barista One", "Percolation" and "Advanced Coffee Making".
